2nd Annual Nutritional Research Foundation Aspen Ski Getaway April 3-9, 2017
You will have the opportunity to enjoy skiing and other winter activities, as well as, enjoy lectures with Dr. Fuhrman in a small group setting. You will also be able to chat with and learn from other Nutritarians and those interested in health and longevity at meals and the other week’s events. A portion of your cost goes to support the Nutritional Research Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. You will receive a detailed receipt for your charitable donation.

What to Expect
You'll start each morning by enjoying a hearty, Nutritarian breakfast at the Limelight.
After a day of winter fun, the group will enjoy dinner at the Pyramid Bistro prepared for our group by Chef Martin Oswald. After dinner, Chef Martin will share Nutritarian cooking techniques, so make sure to bring a notebook!
Dr. Fuhrman will lecture at the Limelight on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights. He will update the group on the latest nutritional science and the Foundation’s current studies (partially funded by this Getaway). His lectures will serve as a refresher for long-time Nutritarians or an introduction for first-time attendees on simply the best way to Eat to Live!
On Wednesday, we will enjoy game night, so brush up on your charades’ skills now!
On Saturday night, the group will enjoy preferred seating at Dr. Fuhrman's public lecture. (Topic will be announced soon!)
New this year we will be joined by nationally-known myofascial specialist, Kenny Owens. He will offer daily sessions to help restore sore muscles after a day on the slopes or from too much shopping!
Whether you like to ski, hike, snowboard, enjoy top-of-the mountain yoga or stroll the streets of picturesque Aspen, Colorado, we believe you will find it to be a truly great week!
Hotel package includes: six-night hotel accommodations at the Limelight Hotel, breakfast, dinner and evening lectures, game night, Saturday night public lecture and one complimentary session per person with myofascial specialist Kenny Owens.
The tax-deductible, charitable donation portion of your trip, will be 35-45% of the cost depending on your selected package. You will receive a separate receipt for your charitable donation to be used for tax purposes.
Single Room: Price: $3,190.00
Double Room (per person): Price: $2,150.00

Double Room (2 people): Price: $4,300.00
Children under 3 stay free. Ages 3-17 is an additional $500 per child sharing a room with an adult. A portion of that charge is tax deductible. An adjoining room shared by two children is $3,690.

Commuter package includes: breakfast, dinner with the group and evening lectures with Dr. Fuhrman, game night, Saturday night public lecture and 50% discounted sessions with myofascial specialist Kenny Owens.

Limelight Lectures are in the first floor conference room at the Limelight Hotel at 355 S Monarch Street in Aspen. The lectures begin promptly at 7 pm and last about an hour and a half.
Tuesday, April 4th – The Foundations of Longevity Science: In this lecture, Dr. Fuhrman will update the group on the newest advances in nutritional science.
Wednesday, April 6th - Life–extending Gourmet Recipes with Q&A. Besides his ground-breaking work in nutritional science, Dr. Fuhrman is also a gourmet cook. He will share some of his favorite recipes with the group and explain ow the ingredients add to his prescription for optimal health.
Friday, April 7th – The End of Breast and Prostate Cancer: Dr. Fuhrman will share with the group how to best prevent breast and prostate cancer and the protocol to recover from early stage cancer.
Saturday night, April 8th — Dr. Fuhrman, six-time New York Times best-selling author, will be speak at the Aspen Meadows on the Advances in Nutritional Science: Protect Yourself from Cancer, Heart Disease and Dementia and Maximize Longevity. Tickets are $25 for the evening and are fully tax deductible.
